The sprint
How the week goes
1. Scope call
Thirty minutes on how your business actually runs — which tools, who does what, where the hours go. We pick the plan and the five workflows worth turning on first.
2. Configuration
I set up the workspace, connect your tools (with you approving each connection), configure and test the workflows against your real data, and write two custom skills so the output sounds like you.
3. Training + handoff
A 90-minute working session with your team: everyone runs a real task, sees the approval model, and leaves knowing exactly what Claude handles and what stays human. Then 30 days of email support.

Isn’t Claude for Small Business free? What am I paying for?+
The plugin itself is free — it’s included with a standard Claude subscription. What you’re paying for is the part Anthropic can’t ship in a box: choosing the right plan for your team, connecting your actual tools safely, configuring the workflows that fit how your business runs, teaching Claude your voice and formats through custom skills, and training your team so it gets used after week one.
Which Claude plan does my business need?+
It depends on team size and how heavily you’ll lean on Cowork. A solo owner is often fine on Pro ($20/month); teams usually want the Team plan (around $25 per seat); heavy daily users may justify Max. Plan selection is the first thing we settle in the sprint, so you’re not overpaying for seats nobody uses.
What tools does it connect to?+
Out of the box: QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack. Connections run through your own accounts with your existing permissions — Claude can’t see anything you can’t. If a tool you rely on isn’t on that list, that’s exactly what the custom build tier is for.
Do you need my passwords?+
No. Connectors authorize through your own accounts, on your machines, with you clicking the approve buttons. I set up and configure alongside you on a screen share for anything sensitive, and Claude itself asks for approval before anything sends, posts, or pays.
What can’t Claude for Small Business do?+
It’s a back-office tool. It won’t build your website, do your SEO, or manage your Google Business Profile — and it only works when someone asks it to, so nothing runs on a schedule overnight. Those gaps are fillable: scheduled automation is what the custom build tier adds with n8n, and the front-of-house work is my core website and SEO practice.
How long does setup take?+
The Setup Sprint runs about a week end to end: a scoping call, the configuration work, then a 90-minute training session with your team. The custom skills and automation build typically takes two to three weeks depending on scope.
